A Portland Town Club Wedding
Sometimes you just don’t know.
And sometimes you do.
Karen and Ben met in Seattle on a January day, and they really didn’t know what life had in store for them that year. A matter of months later Karen was diagnosed with breast cancer, and that’s when Ben just knew. He stepped up and stayed by Karen’s side during the entire process. It wasn’t one moment so as much as a series of little things that showed Karen what a compassionate and reliable man he is. “Ben is smart, funny, and charming,” says Karen. “But going through cancer treatment really gave me some valuable insight into his character.” It wasn’t long before Ben proposed to Karen amongst the majestic Redwoods of California’s Grove of Titans.
