Amanda & Chase | Springtime Elopement at the Gardens of Versailles | Paris, France

June 12, 2012

Paris Elopement Photographer

Although technically a wedding, my date with Amanda and Chase felt more like a really rocking, day-long portrait shoot. The sweethearts got up bright and early — jet lag be damned! — and primped for an afternoon in the Gardens of Versailles, where they exchanged vows on a boat. The “guests” of their wedding day being all the fellow tourists and residents of Versailles.

Let me back up a bit and say that again: They exchanged their vows on a boat in the Gardens of Versailles.

Le Sigh!

It was a most magical day for all of us and I’m ultra impressed that neither Amanda or Chase (or Chris!) slapped me every time I looked through my viewfinder and said “OMG!” I’m sure I was getting into the triple digits by the end of the day.
