Amy & Greg | Foreign Cinema | San Francisco, CA

For the most part, weddings follow a pretty standard formula, usually involving the bride and groom being tucked away from each other for the big reveal. Recently, the First Look has become popular to give couples a moment of peace before the whirlwind begins. Amy and Greg, on the other hand, decided to throw all of those ideas out the window. With only a small break in the day for Amy and her ladies to get their hair done, the couple was together every step of the way.

They woke up on their wedding day at Hotel Rex in San Francisco, CA.

They got dressed together.
They ate lunch together.
They watched Cat Daddy together.

Meanwhile, family and friends gathered in the Mission and soon the couple hid in the upstairs of Foreign Cinema together.

They were antsy together.
They said their vows together.

They laughed together, drank cocktails together and held each other close as all their friends and family came together to celebrate their love story.

I was looking at my Roxy’s emails and came across this- How I miss my lovely Roxy and how happy she seemed at your wedding.

Beautifully captured in one of my top 5 favorite cities in the world. Paris coming in at #1

Foreign Cinema! One of my most favorite places ever. Hope you got to nibble some delicious food while you were shooting.

Gorgeous set of pics, as per usual. :)

Very lovely work. Bold compositions. Beautifully seen.

I love that they were together in the morning, helping each other get ready. The big reveal seems so old fashioned to me, it makes much more sense to cherish that day together. :-)
Oh and these are beautiful, as always!

Wow. Just wow. So many great in between moments and story telling. Awesome. Wow.

Love your photos, and I love you words too. This is really lovely :)

Such a cool couple. I love her green nails. Really fantastic work.

Awesome work! I love how you capture the “in-between” moments. Great angles and compositions.

Let’s talk about how super crazy sweet these folks are. Also, awesome. Also, how many wonderfully natural moments of GOOD you nailed. Also, how much delicious urban-ness is here. Also, how I am going on too long.

holy crap kim, this is STUNNING. i mean first of all, this is just an awesome wedding, but i love your style and processing, and the killer sense of movement in all your photos. awesome stuff

Wow– just so amazing! Through and through– stunning! I wonder what kind of camera that guy was using.
