After the ceremony in Eureka I joined Ruth and Jeff in the Redwood forest to grab a few just-married photos before dashing off to the reception in McKinleyville. But first we stopped off at their Arcata digs to gather supplies.

And that’s when I got to meet their cat.

Oliver’s a big boy. Probably the biggest short-hair I’ve ever seen. We were already running a bit late, and Oliver seemed only slightly interested in the fact that his parents were just joined in holy matrimony. Nevertheless I managed to get a few snaps of the bride and her kitteh on their front steps.
