Belmont Day

March 7, 2012

The weather in Portland has been phenomenal this week, and being well enough to enjoy it is a luxury I’ll never take for granted ever again. I had my first official day out of the house in almost two weeks (!!!) and celebrated with an afternoon on Belmont: Pizza, coffee, Fizz… FRIENDS!

Life is good again!

Also love the color rendering and the shoes :-)

Love the look of a woman smoking in a photograph….. the smoke, itself, is an art form!
Lovely work

Nothing like some brilliant spring weather to bring everyone out! People are so smiley today, I love it. So happy to see so many vibrant panoramas in one place.

Impressive!! Te bokeh results are stunning and so subtil. I’ve seen many plenty of bokehramas but you seem to have found a way to keep the bokeh subtil and pleasant to look at.

love all the bold colors here, looks like spring is in the air :)

Hooray! So glad you are back amongst the living! I’m just in love with the magical colors throughout these photographs…

Woohoo! Glad you’re feeling better! I love your photo stitches!
Isn’t amazing to be able to sit outside without a coat on? I can finally walk again (albeit not for very long)and have been walking around that area lately. I might bump into you someday!
Your friend has the cutest shoes!

Thank you, Anne! I’ve actually been meaning to mention that we’re moving to the Laurelhurst neighborhood soon! No official date yet, but we met with a building manager over on 31st and things are looking good for us. I see Crema and Laurelhurst Park dates in our future. :)

For real? I live on 31st!

Dude. We really ARE going to be neighbors! I’m going to Flickrmail you the cross street because I want to know just how much hanging out we’re going to do this summer. :)

These are really lovely, Kim. I especially love the 2nd last one. Her look says it all.

Amanda, thank you! Means a lot to me. :)
