Lunch 5-28-11

June 21, 2011

Avocado, havarti, turkey and bacon with mayo, mustard and white onion on a toasted croissant, and a Virgil’s Cola to wash it down.

On a soon to be related note, stay tuned for an important announcement this week! You won’t want to miss it. I promise. :)

it looks amazing!! I wish I had that for lunch :)

oh, i just got an ae-1 a few weeks back. have yet to develop the film, though. excited to see this new announcement!

Well, taking into consideration that we are practically 2 oceans away in either direction, the mark-up is still worth it! I just chanced upon it maybe 2 months ago, and I’ve converted my no-cola drinking mom into a certified lover of fine colas! I’ve yet to try the other varieties but the Rootbeer and Cola are yummy, I’m not even supposed to be drinking it cos the doctor put me on a diet hahaha =)

Virgil’s Cola, yum! I’m curious, how much do they cost over there? We have to get them at specialty shops for around US$ 3.45 a pop which is worth 10 bottles of Coca Cola haha

I am on a HUGE Virgil’s kick right now! And I just found out they make Cream/Orange flavors, too. It really depends on where you buy it here, but even the most expensive place I’ve seen them comes to about $2.50 a bottle. I can get a 4 pack at Trader Joe’s for $4.50 though, which is like, the best deal ever!

If only I was convinced that shipping Virgil’s soda to the Philippines would be cost efficient, I’d be first in line at the post office tomorrow. :D

Yum! I don’t buy havarti enough…
